Market and Customer Insights Analyst

We are looking for a Market and Customer Insights Analyst to join our Customer Experience team. This role will analyse data to provide actionable insights to our teams across Hearing Australia to respond to our clients’ need and demands.

About this role:

  • Be a key member of our team that supports our Customer and Market Insights program
  • Analysis of Hearing Australia qualitative and quantitative information (using Q and/or other like insights tools) to extract data meaningful insight which helps us lead key decisions
  • Champion a deeper understanding of the client voice into the company culture
  • Identify what additional research is required to make good decisions
  • Deliver consumer insights combined with customer insights including conducting market and competitor analysis
  • Support CX Design Sprints by facilitating access to and understanding of the insights needed to complete Discovery and Root Cause
  • Customer Base cross-analysis of Online and Offline data that enabling customer journey definition
  • Collaborate with CX and alike agencies to bring insights alive within the organisation
  • Support the creation and analysis of ad hoc internal customer surveys and external surveys
  • Supporting our Voice of the Customer programs to understand trends and potential areas of concern


About you:

  • A few years’ experience in Market and Customer Insights but could be graduate in this area
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • An ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities
  • Desired but not essential Power BI, SQL or similar, Python and/or R experience

We will require the successful candidate to be willing to have a Police Check conducted (we pay) and must have rights to work in Australia.
